Sunshine Kabocha
Stunning, scarlet fruit. Tender flesh is smooth, sweet, and bright orange for baking, mashing, and pies. Beautifully colored, deep scarlet fruits are slightly flat-round, average 3-5 lbs. Sunshine is destined to become a recognized, one-variety squash genre in the market. Its fruit appearance and eating quality are superior to other varieties of this type. (This is Bruce’s favorite for making pumpkin pie!).
